Tax-Deductible Status & Financial Documentation The C Major Project is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization in the United States. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. We will provide an official tax receipt via email for all online contributions. However, we makes no representation as to the specific tax consequences of any donation for individual donors. You are solely responsible for consulting with your own tax professional or financial advisor regarding the deductibility of your contribution.
Reallocation/Variance Power While every effort will be made to apply gifts to the donor's preferred project, The C Major Project retains full discretion and variance power to reallocate funds to other organizational priorities should the original project become fully funded, delayed, or unfeasible.
Refund Policy for Contributions Because all donations made through our Website are considered irrevocable gifts under federal law, The C Major Project maintains a strict no-refund policy on all contributions. If you believe a processing error or an unauthorized unauthorized charge occurred, you must contact us at chris@thecmajorproject.org within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. Valid processing errors will be reviewed and corrected at the sole discretion of the organization.
Recurring Donation Terms By selecting a recurring donation option, you authorize The C Major Project to automatically charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, annually) until you cancel. You may cancel or modify your recurring donation at any time by logging into your account or by contacting us at chris@thecmajorproject.org at least five (5) business days before your next scheduled billing date to ensure the cancellation processes in time.
